Police won't confirm any of these recent slayings are connected - however the map of the crimes is suggestive.
At a recent Harvey memorial, Commonwealth's Attorney Michael N. Herring addressed "Killers" in the plural; below is a quote from the Times-Dispatch:

Driving directions on Google shows the shortest driving distance between the Harvey and the Casper (2400 block of Terminal Ave) slaying sites as almost exactly four miles. It is only 1.2 miles from the Harvey home to the murders at 3408 Broad Rock Rd.

Update: The murder victims at 3408 Broad Rock have been identified
as Mary and Purcell Tucker and Mary's adult daughter, Ashley.

2 Fugitives Arrested in Philadelphia
January 7, 2006 - Philadelphia police have two taken two fugitives on the run from Virginia into custody.
The suspects were wanted in connection with a triple murder in Richmond. They were arrested on Wanamaker Street in Southwest Philadelphia just before 9am.
Update: The murder victims at 3408 Broad Rock have been identified
as Mary and Purcell Tucker and Mary's adult daughter, Ashley.

The suspects were found in a white Cadillac that was taken from the victims' house, Richmond police Chief Rodney Monroe said at a press conference.
