According to WTVR TV6, Two suspects arrested in Pennsylvania for the triple slaying ot 3408 Broad Rock, have also been arrested for the Harvey slayings. They may be linked to additional slayings in the area.

Updated: charged are two individuals, black males, both aged 28
Their names are Ray Joseph Dandridge and Ricky Gavon Gray.

"[Police Chief RodneyMonroe] stressed, however, that police do not believe Dandridge and Gray are linked to this week's other multiple homicide in Richmond, the New Year's Day slayings of Lewis Aaron Casper and his 17-year-old daughter, Roicana, in the 2400 block of Terminal Avenue in the Bellemeade neighborhood. Police are still pursuing leads in that case."

Police said Gray is from Arlington, but they did not know Dandridge's hometown.

also, via Virginia Courts case information database for Arlington County, Gray was convicted of possession of a concealed weapon in 1996 (Case Number: CR96000178-00), and a charge of distribution of cocaine was nolle prossed in '00. (Case Number:CR00000589-00). He was sentenced to 12 months on the concealed weapon charge.
